I have a customer who is a teacher and has suffered
with insomnia for years. She has been getting only a
few hours interrupted sleep per night since her father
died 7 years ago. She had tried most of the over the
counter remedies that did not work, and she began
taking Gin-Chia in the morning. She takes one tablet
a day and sleeps to 5:30am which is fantastic for her.
She is thrilled. However, if she takes two tablets it
keeps her awake.
