TENNIS ELBOW

(Aloe Berry Nectar & Aloe Heat Lotion)
Having fallen when skiing last Christmas was my
first experience of tennis elbow. As I’m an avid
sportswoman, I agreed to the quickest cure which
was a hydrocortisone injection. Marvelous! Within
24 hours the constant ache which had accompanied
me since Christmas disappeared. I was warned that
tennis elbow would recur despite following advice on
what to avoid so that the onset would be delayed. Well
it did return, even shaking hands became a painful
process. While debating a second hydrocortisone shot,
my husband, who had joined FLP as a distributor,
suggested that I try drinking the Aloe Berry Nectar
and rubbing the Aloe Heat Lotion on my elbow. I
can honestly say that I feel no pain whatsoever and I
am confident that continuing to take the Aloe Berry
Nectar and use the Aloe Heat Lotion will keep the
problem at bay and I look forward to continuing to
play my sports – pain free!
